Privacy

We use the details you give us in the portal to register you, deliver the services you engage us for, bill you and keep you informed. We do not sell them.

Invoices, receipts and engagement records are kept for 8 years, as the law requires. Enquiries that never become a registration are anonymised after 2 years.

Signed in, you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or erasure, raise a concern, and turn marketing emails on or off under Profile → Privacy. We answer within 30 days.
